We try to dispatch orders as soon as possible, normally within 12 - 48 hours and frequently quicker. At our very busy times, such as just before Christmas, this may take a little longer as the elves start to get tired, so please do allow us a little more time on these occasions. Orders received after 1pm will be despatched the next working day. Orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday).
