We try to dispatch orders as soon as possible, normally within 12 - 48 hours and frequently quicker. At our very busy times, such as just before Christmas, this may take a little longer as the elves start to get tired, so please do allow us a little more time on these occasions. If your goods are out of stock we will email or telephone you and see if there is an alternative product that we can send.
Orders received after 1pm will be despatched the next working day. Orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday).
NEXT DAY DELIVERY is on the next working day so all orders despatched on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday).
